Project Overview:
On March 20, 2024, a specialized Celox Training was conducted at Camp Higinio Mendoza Sr., placing a strong emphasis on enhancing emergency response skills, particularly for members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Marine Corps.
Guided by the expertise of Mr. Alain Canapi and Mr. Aaron Flynn, the training provided in-depth knowledge on bleeding control, with a special focus on the use of improvised tourniquets. This hands-on session aimed to boost the participants’ adaptability in high-pressure and unpredictable emergency scenarios.
The event brought together Police Officers from various municipalities across Palawan and Corpsmen from the 3rd Marine Brigade, all demonstrating commendable commitment to strengthening their life-saving capabilities. Their collective dedication highlights a unified effort to safeguard lives and uphold the safety and security of the communities they serve.
